Role Summary

Digit Web Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to join our expanding E-Commerce team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a global context, managing online marketplaces for clients located in the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing various marketplace platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Wayfair, and Temu.
• Updating product listings and ensuring accurate product information.
• Monitoring sales, orders, and overall product performance.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving marketplace-related issues.
• Overseeing daily operations of marketplace accounts.
• Identifying new opportunities to drive online sales growth.

Requirements

• A strong interest in e-commerce and online business models.
• Proficiency in computer and internet usage.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Prior experience with Amazon or eBay is considered an advantage.
