Key Responsibilities

• Establish the continuous improvement (CI) culture along the poultry farming and the manufacturing operation along with 5S implementation.
• Overlook the organizational SHE pillars.
• Motivate employees for the kaizen and recognition scheme while providing infrastructure for the employees to implement Kaizen.
• Analyse the impact of cost saving initiatives towards the product GP levels.
• Drive the employees to reduce the 8-equipment major loses and improve OEE and AU (Asset Utilisation).
• Develop IoT platform for real time data capturing.
• Conduct work-study, time study, method study for operational labour optimization.
• Focus on reducing utility consumption such as electricity, water, and compress air, in the process.
• Develop and maintain KPI driven performance culture among all farms and the manufacturing operation.
• Develop presentation to display performance of the improvement culture and train the employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science/Physical Science/Management or NDT
• Two-years minimum experience in operational excellence
• Knowledge on Lean, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, Asset Utilisation, SHE, work/time/method studies, cost-saving analysis, KPI
• Lean Black Belt/Green belt/Green belt or Lean six Sigma Green Belt.
• Strong leadership, budget tracking, problem-solving, and computer proficiency.
