Role Summary

Lead daily operations, create exceptional member experiences, and maintain world-class workspace standards.

Location

Colombo (Ladies Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the workspace.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience and build strong member relationships.
  • Manage onboarding, move-ins and client inquiries.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, workspace allocations and facility scheduling.
  • Ensure all facilities and services are well maintained and aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security and service providers.
  • Identify maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as the on-site coordinator for renovations, refurbishments, upgrades and improvement projects.
  • Manage vendors, contractors and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Organize community events, workshops and member engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, health & safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Promote community interaction and a positive workplace culture.
  • Be available for urgent matters outside standard working hours when required.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 2–5 years’ experience in operations, workspace management, hospitality, property management or related fields.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in facility management and vendor coordination.
  • Proven ability to handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field (Preferred).

Work Schedule

  • Mon – Fri | 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
  • After-hours & weekend availability required for urgent matters.
