Role Summary

Requirements/Qualifications

• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team for extended periods as and when required.
• Added advantage: A shipping-related qualification from a recognized institute.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing Operations/Customer Service support functions.
• Coordinating with Depot/Transport for M&R activities while repo handling for principals.
• Corresponding with related parties on all Operations/Customer Service matters.
• Liaising with industry stakeholders for import/export inquires and counter activities.
• Onboarding Operations/Husbandry activities under SNCL.
• Ensuring adherence to KPIs set by agencies/principals.
