Role Summary

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Freight Forwarding from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience, preferably in a similar capacity within the industry.
• Candidates with AI and digital capabilities will have a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in handling end-to-end sea export operations for LCL and FCL shipments.
• Coordinating booking confirmations with shipping lines and co-loaders.
• Following up with customers on cargo readiness, pickup instructions, and shipment schedules.
• Coordinating with warehouses, transport providers, and terminal teams for cargo delivery and stuffing arrangements.
• Liaising with internal operations teams to ensure timely shipment execution.
