Requirements/Qualifications

• Meet GCE O/L requirements with credit passes in English and Mathematics at the first sitting, along with three passes at GCE A/L (excluding General English).
• Possess a professional qualification in Banking or a related field.
• Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in CCTV monitoring or a similar surveillance-based role.
• Have working knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance technology, and camera health monitoring.
• Demonstrate strong observation skills with the ability to detect security risks, unethical behaviour, and system irregularities.
• Possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring live CCTV footage of branches and other designated locations from a security perspective.
• Identifying and escalating physical threats or damage to bank assets, property, and people.
• Detecting unethical behavior, unacceptable practices, and violations that may compromise customer experience.
• Identifying and reporting CCTV system issues, including software failures, hardware malfunctions, and unusual system behavior.
• Extracting and submitting CCTV footage requested by authorized authorities and internal departments within agreed service levels.
• Preparing CCTV-related reports and supporting Operations with required surveillance information.
