Operations Business Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead our marketing efforts for the Novo Nordisk Pharma portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing marketing initiatives, closely coordinating with the principals and other stakeholders, whilst managing a team to ensure the achievement of business targets and sustainable growth of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategizing, planning, and executing marketing initiatives for the Novo Nordisk portfolio.
• Coordinating with principals and other stakeholders.
• Managing a team to ensure the achievement of business targets and sustainable growth.
• Identifying market opportunities and driving business growth.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree: Degree in Marketing Management or an equivalent professional qualification (MBA will be an added advantage).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing within the healthcare sector.
• Skills: Proven track record in business development and team leadership; strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Attributes: Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities; results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve business objectives and targets.
