Operations Coordinator and Lead

Role Summary

Richardson Outdoor (Pvt) Limited is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, highly motivated, and committed team player with a positive attitude to join our Outdoor Team as an Operations Assistant / Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and regular inspections of outdoor advertising mediums.
• Overseeing installations of new mediums in the Western province.
• Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinating with relevant authorities.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and submission of reports in a timely manner.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of maintaining outdoor mediums.
• Must have a valid riding license and a motorbike for daily work.
• Ability to work extended working hours and willingness to travel.
• Note: Ability to work late in the evenings and being flexible for work is a key requirement for the position.
