Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our company specializing in advanced security and technology solutions, including CCTV systems, alarm monitoring, access control, surveillance, and integrated security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and profitability of the organization, while ensuring excellence in customer service and business development.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience overseeing finance, human resources, administration, sales, and operations.
• Technical knowledge of the electronic security industry is preferred.
• A professional qualification or degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen, people management skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to drive sustainable business growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, along with a proven track record of achieving business targets and managing cross-functional teams.
• Age preference: 40-55 years.
