Head Of Operations / Factory Manager

Role Summary

A reputed medium-size manufacturer of high-quality apparel for the export market is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage their factory.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Textiles / Clothing / Management is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in the same capacity for at least 3-5 years.
• Sound knowledge on team wear and uniforms manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage entire factory operations.
• Drive changes to improve productivity of the manufacturing unit.
• Take ownership for Cost, Quality, and Delivery performance of the entire operations.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Provide administrative leadership to the factory in alignment with management.

Location

Western province of Sri Lanka.
