Operations Executive

Role Summary

KPP Group is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join the team as an Operations Executive. The role involves monitoring day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, maintaining operational efficiency, preparing operational reports, and supporting Management.

Candidate Profile

• Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Logistics, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Location

Being a resident of Boralagamuwa, Dehiwala, Maharagama, Piliyandala, or surrounding areas will be an advantage.
