Executive - Operations

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven professional to join our Marne team as an Executive - Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating marine operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while supporting the growth of our marine business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel operations, crew embarkation/disembarkation, emergency evacuations, and other marine operational activities.
• Ensure the timely delivery of ship spares, stores, and related services while coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Maintain operational records, agreements, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Support the achievement of operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping, marine operations, logistics, or a related operational environment.
• Qualification from the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging operational environment.
