Role Summary

We are hiring for Manager - Operations (Male) and Executive - Operations (Female) to join our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities: Manager - Operations

• Authorize GRNs
• Manage credit sales
• Monitor stock performance and re-order levels
• Handle tax matters
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Manage debtor follow ups
• Authorize gate passes on issuing items
• Liaison for EY auditors
• Any other task assigned by Board of Directors

Key Responsibilities: Executive - Operations

• Support day-to-day operational activities
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Monitor stock and assist in re-order planning
• Assist in handling tax related matters
• Prepare reports and MIS
• Ensure timely follow up on debtors
• Any other task assigned by Management

Requirements

• Manager - Operations: Age preference 35 – 45 years
• Executive - Operations: Age preference 25 – 35 years
