Executive Operations - Night Shift

Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as an Executive. This role involves verifying patient insurance coverage, ensuring accurate documentation, and contributing to an efficient revenue cycle management process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and gather benefits of patient's plan.
• Document call notes, initiate or execute corrective measures.
• Record actions and post notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform (PMS).
• Maintain a system for initial and subsequent verification of benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 6 months to 5 years of working experience (RCM industry experience encouraged).
• Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
• High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a desire to improve processes.
• Open to work according to standard US hours (7:00 pm to 4:00 am / 8:00 pm to 5:00 am) and calendar.
