Junior Executive – Operations (Maldives)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle air and sea cargo services, including managing customs clearances for imports, exports, re-imports, and re-exports.
• Ensure full compliance with customs and government regulations, completing all necessary documentation for clearance and forwarding.
• Understand and adhere to client-specific terms of agreement to provide tailored services.
• Coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers to ensure timely collection, dispatch, and management of shipments.
• Ensure accurate system updates for tracking shipments, invoicing, and closing jobs within deadlines.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Three passes at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination or an equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
