Role Summary

The Bellwood Manor is an exclusive 8-room luxury boutique hotel. We are seeking an experienced General Manager / Resident Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and further strengthen the exceptional standards that define The Bellwood Manor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee all hotel operations.
• Drive financial performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction and luxury service.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Strengthen the hotel’s brand positioning and market presence.
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
• Build lasting relationships with guests, travel partners, and the local community.
• Preserve and enhance the heritage, character, and reputation of The Bellwood Manor.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven experience in a General Manager, Resident Manager, or senior hotel leadership role.
• Previous experience in a luxury boutique hotel or premium hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership with excellent financial, sales, and operational management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passionate about delivering personalised luxury hospitality.
• Willing to reside and work in Nuwara Eliya.
