Role Summary

NativeWay is a leading MEP contracting and engineering services company. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Operations Manager to take full ownership of the Matara branch, managing both sales and after-sales service operations for diesel generators, commercial AC units, VRF systems, chillers, and fire pumps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall branch operations, covering both sales and service functions.
• Drive business development and grow revenue across the Southern region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private sector and government customers.
• Identify, prepare, and manage government tender submissions from start to finish.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.
• Report on branch performance and implement strategies for continuous growth.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven experience in the industrial equipment market (generators, HVAC, pumps, or related fields) is highly preferred.
• Strong business development and sales leadership ability with a track record of driving growth.
• Experience in handling government tenders and institutional customers.
• Excellent people-management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Sound commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.
• An engineering background is an added advantage, though we value capability and drive over specific qualifications.
• Ability to work independently and take full accountability for branch performance.
