Operations Manager - Fiji

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures.
- Manage and support teams, including recruitment, training and performance development.
- Monitor performance, analyse results and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations and achieve company goals.
- Manage resources, budgets and costs effectively.
- Represent the company in internal and external stakeholder engagements where required.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in operations, management or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, processes and achieve business goals.
