Operations Executive

Role Summary

Tropikal Life International (Pvt) Ltd is a leading exporter of Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Organic Dried Fruits, Coconut and Coconut products. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day commercial and operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, factories, and internal departments while maintaining accurate documentation and timely execution of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-costing sheets for all shipments.
• Process invoices, credit notes, and maintain accurate system records.
• Coordinate daily shipment planning with the factory and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare proforma invoices and management reports.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation related to import/export operations.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and on-time deliveries.
• Identify process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Any other operational or commercial duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial, export/import, or trading environment.
• Professional qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and AI tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Team working skills.
