We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Executive – Production (Organic) to support our organic supply chain. We need someone hands-on, organized and passionate about sustainable practices, ensuring smooth operations and full compliance with certification standards.

What You'll Do

• Supervise production staff and oversee the daily operations of the organic factory.
• Assist in factory planning and manage overall production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely shipment dispatch and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency through continuous process enhancements while coordinating with other departments to maintain seamless operational flow.
• Support audits, inspections, and reporting for organic certifications, while maintaining accurate production, inspection, and traceability documentation.

Who We're Looking For

• Full or partial completion of an HND in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
• 1 year of experience in organic operations or organic production is mandatory.
• Knowledge of organic standards (e.g., EU, USDA, local organic certifications) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
