Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Organizational Development. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Role & Responsibility
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across various departments.
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
- Utilize ICT tools to analyse data and drive process improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile, Business Administration, or any Management related field; or a combination of education and experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement/Organizational Development.
- ICT Literacy: Proficient in using information and communication technology tools to support continuous improvement activities.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create and deliver engaging and informative presentations.
- Initiative: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
