Assistant Manager – OSP (Telecom)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OSP field deployment projects.
• Supervise in-house and third-party contractors.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines.
• Review engineering BOQs and network designs.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Conduct site inspections and verify testing metrics.
• Support recruitment of skilled field teams when required.
• Coordinate emergency restoration activities.
• Manage OSP inventory and update GIS mapping tools.

Requirements

• NDT/NDES/HNDE, NCT, NVQ Level 5, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Telecom OSP construction or field operations.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
