Denim Supervisor | Quality Checker - Out Sourcing (Washing Plant)

Key Tasks and Duties:
- Supervise daily denim washing production according to the approved production plan
- Ensure garments are processed according to approved wash recipes and standards
- Monitor production output, machine utilization, and productivity
- Coordinate with the Washing Manager, Production Planning, and other relevant departments
- Ensure correct execution of washing, dyeing, bleaching, enzyme, stone wash, softening, and other required processes
- Monitor shade, hand feel, appearance, measurements, and overall garment quality
- Identify and resolve washing defects and process deviations
What you need to have:
- Diploma/Degree in Textile, Apparel, Manufacturing, or a related field would be an advantage
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in denim garment washing, preferably with supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of denim washing processes, recipes, chemicals, and wash effects
- Good understanding of wash quality standards and garment measurements
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot washing defects and shade variations
- Willingness to work on shifts, if required
Quality Checker – Out Sourcing (Washing Plant)
What you need to have:
- G.C.E. O/L or A/L; a certificate/diploma in Garment Technology, Textile, or Quality Control would be an advantage
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in garment washing, denim washing, garment quality inspection, or subcontracting quality control
- Good knowledge of denim/garment washing processes and common washing defects
- Ability to identify shade variation, wash defects, stains, measurement deviations, and workmanship issues
- Good understanding of AQL and garment inspection procedures would be an advantage
- Ability to maintain accurate quality records and prepare basic reports
- Inspect garments before sending them to outsourced washing suppliers
- Ensure the correct quantity, style, colour, size, and wash process are received
- Willingness to work on shifts, if required
