Role Summary

We are an upcoming restaurant opening soon in Colombo 7, specializing in high-end Italian, Western, Sri Lankan, Mexican, and Mediterranean cuisine. We are looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Pastry & Bakery Chef, CDP, Commi & Helper.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the position.
• Past work experience in 3-5 star hotels or restaurants.
• A diploma/certificate in the Hospitality Industry from a recognized institution (an added advantage).
• Attention to detail, knowledge of ingredients, and an artistic eye.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees, and guests.
• Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, confidence, and commitment.
