Role Summary

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation of pastry items in line with the restaurant's recipes and quality standards, accurately measure and prepare ingredients while following production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in the preparation of pastry items.
• Follow restaurant recipes and quality standards.
• Accurately measure and prepare ingredients.
• Follow production schedules.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, seasonal ingredients, and modern cooking methods.
• Strong communication skills.
• Friendly yet professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing Southeast Asian cuisine will be an added advantage.
