Role Summary
HOTEL CASAMARA Kandy is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to steer the Kitchen Pastry department to its true potential.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent from a recognized Hotel School
- 10 to 15 years experience in Pastry/bakery operations
- 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputed Hotel
- To have good communication skills in English
- Should have a strong background in being associated with star class hotels
- To provide supervision, training to pastry staff
- Should give necessary guidance to staff for quality & Standards
- Should be a hands on person
