Junior Payroll Executive

The selected candidate is responsible for the efficient and accurate administration of the company's payroll process. They will ensure that all employees are paid correctly and on time while complying with relevant labour laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Sound knowledge of applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala, with proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Age below 30 years.
