Uga Resorts is seeking a Manager – People & Culture to join our People & Culture Team, to lead the daily HR operations at Jungle Beach – Trincomalee. We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who is passionate about people, excels at building positive workplace experiences, and ensures our day-to-day people operations run seamlessly.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A Proven Track Record: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within the luxury hospitality or premium resort sector.
• HR Operations Excellence: Hands-on expertise in talent management, employee engagement, performance development, HRIS, culture enhancement, and fostering a positive and high-performing workplace.
• Collaboration and Accountability: A dependable team player who partners effectively with leaders and colleagues across the property to drive people initiatives, foster employee engagement, and contribute to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
• Professionalism & Problem-Solving: High integrity, accountability, and adaptability, with the emotional intelligence to manage sensitive employee matters, resolve workplace challenges, and foster a positive culture.
• Professional Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
