People Operations Specialist
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, mobile, and proactive Executive - People Team to manage the end-to-end human resource operations across our assigned portal and site locations. You will be the core anchor for HR compliance, legal adherence, talent acquisition, and ISO standard maintenance across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Compliance Management: Ensure all location operations strictly align with national labor laws, serving as the main contact for external labor officers.
- ISO & Security Documentation: Update internal quality systems quarterly, including risk registers and HR manuals, to maintain compliance readiness.
- Audit Coordination: Plan and execute quarterly internal HR audits across sites while co-managing external quality and security audits.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for executive-level roles and below across assigned locations.
- HR Data & Payroll Support: Validate headcount, attrition, and attendance data while providing shared support for payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Oversee local disciplinary processes and provide initial guidance on site-level workplace matters.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor specific site HR expenditures, manage vendor updates, and track expense advances.
- Culture & Health/Safety: Actively champion corporate values, employee welfare, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines across all locations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience in Generalist HR Operations, Site HR management, or HR Compliance.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or a recognized professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
