Pharmacist

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to manage and dispense medications accurately while ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmacy / NVQ Level 5 or 6 in Pharmacy (Degree holders may also apply)
• Valid Pharmacist Registration (SLMC / NMRA – Sri Lanka)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dispensing, and regulations
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• In Sri Lanka, pharmacists must be registered with a regulatory authority to legally practice and handle medicines

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately
• Provide guidance on dosage, usage, and side effects
• Ensure compliance with National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA) guidelines
• Maintain inventory, stock control, and expiry monitoring
• Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Deliver high standards of ethics, safety, and patient care
