- B.Sc. (Pharmacy) degree from a recognized university
- Registration with the Sri Lanka Pharmacy Council (SLPC) as a Registered Pharmacist
- 3 years + experience in a pharmacy (hospital experience will be an advantage)
- Good knowledge of medicines, dosage, and pharmacy practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
