Pharmacy Executive

Role Summary

Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join the Non-Motor Claims Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting claim processing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and authorize claims within assigned limits in accordance with company guidelines.
• Handle complex and sensitive claim rejections with appropriate technical knowledge.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency within the department.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• Relevant experience in pharmacy or medical claims handling would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
