Planning Intern

Role Summary

The Intern - Planning supports pre-production planning and scheduling, ensuring the timely availability of raw materials for Trial, Pilot, and Bulk production, tracking material status, preparing reports, and assisting with raw material planning and tracking improvement projects, while complying with Health & Safety guidelines and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning and scheduling pre-production activities to ensure optimized capacity utilization and on-time customer delivery.
• Supporting the deployment of the pre-production plan, monitoring execution, and resolving issues.
• Aiding in risk analysis during the pre-production, trial and PPZ stages and preparing and circulating reports accordingly.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Statistics/ Physical Science/ Mathematics or Clothing Technology.
• Good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Sound MS Excel knowledge.
• CIMA qualification will be an added advantage.
