Manager - Planning

Role Summary

The Manager - Planning is responsible for planning for assigned customers/categories, driving topline targets through order forecasting, confirmation, capacity planning, T&A management, and on-time delivery (OTD). The role also drives planning improvements while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Planning process for assigned customer/s or customer category orders.
• Monitor adherence to PPC Calendar, Frozen Plan, Factory Plans and address plan deviations in accordance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional deliverables.
• Provide guidance and training to Planning teams in the assigned product category and be responsible for performance.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Education: Masters / Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Clothing Technology, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Experience: 6 to 9+ years of experience in Planning function with strong experience in implementation of planning improvement projects and exposure to best practices.
