Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Manager - Planning to lead production planning and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing capacity, resources, and workflow. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Monitor production capacity and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track order progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare planning reports and provide insights to support business decisions.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of planning experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/planning systems.
