We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer – Plant Maintenance to oversee and optimize plant maintenance activities and engineering operations. Join us and make a lasting impact on our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Maintenance & Reliability: Responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, breakdown troubleshooting, maintenance planning, contractor coordination, and critical spare parts management.
• Process Improvement & Engineering Excellence: Drive process improvements to enhance production efficiency, equipment performance, energy efficiency, product quality, and support equipment upgrades, commissioning, and optimization projects.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Continuous Improvement: Lead RCA investigations, implement CAPA, prepare technical reports, and drive continuous improvement through effective problem-solving methodologies.
• Production Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, Utility, and Safety teams to ensure smooth operations while providing technical support, guidance, and knowledge sharing during production, shutdowns, and breakdowns.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures, mechanical safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and statutory engineering requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Professional qualifications related to maintenance management, reliability engineering, or industrial engineering will be an added advantage.
• 1-2 years' experience in plant maintenance, preferably in food, pharmaceutical, herbal extraction, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining process equipment, pumps, valves, piping, heat exchangers, dryers, mixers, blenders, extraction equipment, steam systems, and utilities.
