Role Summary

Ranawana Plantations is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to manage our newly established 10,000 sq. ft. Polytunnel.

Requirements

• Diploma in Agriculture or NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) in Agriculture.
• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in the agriculture industry.
• Proven experience and sound knowledge of polytunnel cultivation, crop management, irrigation systems, and protected agriculture.
• Age below 35 years.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Madawala Ulpatha, Hathamunagala Estate, Madawala Ulpotha 21300.
