Requirements/Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level or Diploma in Business Management.
• Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Language proficiency in both Sinhala & English is a must.
• Should have a result-driven, outgoing and energetic personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal with customers regarding the handing over process at the sites.
• Coordinate with customers and engineering team regarding customer queries.
• Follow up on customer queries related to handing over the units.
• Ensure smooth coordination with other departments with regard to the customer queries.
