About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly organised Manager – Academic Administration (Postgraduate Programmes) to lead our Academic Administration team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and day-to-day operations of all postgraduate programmes.
  • Manage student admissions, enrolment, registration, assessments, progression, awards, and graduation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with university academic regulations, quality assurance requirements, and institutional policies.
  • Coordinate with university partners, academic staff, external examiners, and internal departments.
  • Oversee examination planning, assessment administration, moderation, and result processing.
  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure the integrity of academic data.
  • Prepare academic reports, committee papers, and regulatory documentation.
  • Lead and mentor the Academic Administration team to deliver outstanding student support and operational excellence.
  • Continuously improve academic administration processes to enhance the student experience.

Candidate Profile

  • A Master's degree from a recognised university.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in academic administration within a recognised higher education institution.
  • Previous experience in administering transnational education (TNE), franchise, or collaborative programmes with foreign universities is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing postgraduate programmes, including admissions, enrolment, assessments, progression, and graduation.
  • A sound understanding of quality assurance frameworks, university regulations, and academic governance.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional student services with high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
