Key Responsibilities

Enter daily production, flock, and feed consumption records into the ERP system.
Verify and validate data from farm supervisors and logistics teams for accuracy.
Generate daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports for management.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of poultry operations.
Monitor data integrity and report discrepancies.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for operational staff.
Coordinate with farm, logistics, and management teams to support ERP operations.

Requirements/Qualifications

Higher Diploma or equivalent; Vocational training in IT or Data Entry is a plus.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Prior knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom poultry modules) is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail.
Willingness to work extended hours when required to support project deliverables.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
