Role Summary

As a consultant, you will leverage your industry expertise to design and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions that address client needs and support data-driven decision-making. You will be involved across the full BI lifecycle, including data modelling, development, deployment, and optimisation, while collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will contribute to Agile delivery, uphold quality standards and best practices, and drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance reporting effectiveness and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and develop Power BI solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI
• Perform data modelling and transformation to deliver reliable reporting solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to deliver high-quality BI solutions
• Support the enhancement and optimisation of reporting and analytics platforms
• Contribute to Agile project delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation and improved business insights

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Power BI development
• Strong expertise in Power BI, data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and SQL
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration technologies
• Exposure to Azure data services and Agile methodologies will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
• Commitment to quality, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional outcomes
