Pre Sales Engineer - Network & Security

Role Summary

ICT Distribution, an Australian-headquartered company focused on strengthening the APAC distribution network, is seeking a Pre Sales Engineer to support their comprehensive security product portfolio. This role involves providing technical guidance and solution designs to drive business growth within the security sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presales assistance for various security solutions.
• Execute product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.
• Develop technical proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and respond to RFPs.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients and partners to identify security needs.
• Contribute to the design of security architectures and solution recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with cybersecurity products.
• Deep understanding of security tools, including endpoint protection and firewalls.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Capability to manage interactions with various stakeholders.
