Packaging Artwork & Prepress Design Specialist

Role Summary

Venture Tea (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a highly creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Packaging Artwork & Prepress Design Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Design team. This role offers the opportunity to develop internationally recognised skills and work on packaging designs for a premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert approved packaging concepts into accurate, production-ready artwork.
• Prepare layered artwork files for commercial printing.
• Create, edit and manage packaging dielines for various packaging formats.
• Develop print-ready artwork in accordance with printer specifications and international production standards.
• Ensure artwork complies with brand guidelines and regulatory labelling requirements.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, suppliers and printers to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
• Manage multiple packaging projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 7–10 years' experience in packaging artwork, product packaging design or print production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of packaging structures, dielines, commercial printing, prepress workflows, CMYK and Pantone colour systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
