LMD Sector, one of the sectors of Richard Pieris & Company PLC, offers innovative lifestyle and industrial solutions with trusted, high quality products. We are looking for a young, analytical and commercially minded individual to join our team as an Analyst - Pricing & Market Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and regularly update competitor prices, promotions, discounts and market offers.
• Conduct pricing comparisons across products, brands and competitors.
• Maintain and analyze pricing databases and competitor intelligence reports.
• Prepare Excel-based pricing analysis and management reports.
• Analyze product costs, margins, selling prices and promotional impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve price competitiveness and profitability.
• Track industry trends and changes that may impact product pricing.
• Provide management with pricing recommendations based on market intelligence and financial analysis.
• Work closely with the Finance, Marketing, Sales teams.
• Continuously improve pricing models, reporting formats and analytical tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Below 30 years of age.
• Qualified or part-qualified in Finance/Accounting such as CIMA, ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
• Highly competent in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, Pivot Tables, lookups and preferably dashboards.
• Strong in numerical and analytical thinking.
• Interested in Marketing, consumer behavior and competitive strategy.
• Able to interpret data and convert it into meaningful business recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and commercially minded.
• Good at research and gathering information from multiple sources.
• Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
