Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Managing Partner to lead and oversee both the hotel’s Rooms Division and Pub operations, drive business growth, and create exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Rooms Division and Pub operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day management and exceptional service standards.
• Develop and implement operational improvements and maintenance strategies.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance occupancy, revenue, and pub patronage.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, inventory and cost control.
• Build strong partnerships and represent the hotel in the market.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members across all departments.
• Monitor industry trends and implement innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management with strong background in managing Rooms Division and Pub operations.
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations, property development, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and strategic management.
• Strong understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.
• Financial acumen and ability to drive business growth.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding results.
