Key Responsibilities

  • Shift In-Charge & overall shift operations
  • Ensure printing plan achievement according to production targets
  • Monitor production output, efficiency & productivity
  • Coordinate and supervise shift manpower & machine operations
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the shift
  • Monitor machine performance & downtime
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety, 5S & housekeeping standards
  • Prepare and communicate shift production reports
  • Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality & operational efficiency

The Person

  • 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in a printing/manufacturing environment (shift operations / team supervision).
  • BSc & NDT candidates with 2 – 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in Rotary / Textile Printing or a related manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under shift-based operations
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
