EXECUTIVE – PRINT OPERATIONS (SHIFT IN-CHARGE & OVERALL SHIFT OPERATIONS)
Location: Teejay Lanka Prints – Avissawella
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shift In-Charge & overall shift operations
- Ensure printing plan achievement according to production targets
- Monitor production output, efficiency & productivity
- Coordinate and supervise shift manpower & machine operations
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the shift
- Monitor machine performance & downtime
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S & housekeeping standards
- Prepare and communicate shift production reports
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality & operational efficiency
The Person
- 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in a printing/manufacturing environment (shift operations / team supervision)
- BSc & NDDT candidates with 2 – 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience in Rotary / Textile Printing or a related manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Ability to work effectively under shift-based operations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
