PRINT PLANNING & PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our printing production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production floor operations and workflow
• Ensure materials, samples, and job requirements are prepared in advance
• Allocate work efficiently among machine operators and production staff
• Coordinate printing schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs
• Monitor quality control throughout the production process
• Maintain production records and update job progress regularly
• Coordinate dispatch and delivery timelines with relevant departments
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and proper machine handling
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate when necessary
• Support and motivate the production team to achieve daily targets

Requirements

• Printing & Production experience is a must
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
