Requirements

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of Safe Food handling and Kitchen cleanliness
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Proper storage and monitoring of raw ingredients level
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to cook independently
• Meal Planning (daily meals)
• Preparing a wide range of cuisines (local and international)
• Age above 45
