Lecturer – Probationary

We invite applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Lecturer (Probationary), specializing in Agricultural Technology, with expertise in the following areas:
- Plantation Crop Production Technology
- Soil Science
- Soil management
- Statistics/Biometry
- Plant Science
- Plant physiology
The Role
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning while ensuring effective supervision of student research.
- Develop and sustain industry collaborations while contributing to curriculum development and academic program improvement.
- Support departmental administrative and academic activities, including participation in meetings, seminars, and faculty initiatives.
- Engage in research, publications, and student mentoring activities.
Eligibility
- A degree with specialization in the relevant subject with a First or Second Class (Upper Division) from a recognized university.
- Should have completed a postgraduate diploma level in a 2-year research-based master degree in the related field.
- Minimum of three (03) years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Teaching at University Level
- Professional experience in the relevant industry
- Research experience in a recognized institution
